We want you to know how much we appreciate you and how well we are going to take care of you – from the very first time you call our office – to the 100th time you come in for your regular cleaning. We never take our patients for granted and treat them just the way we would treat a member of our own family.. maybe even better! We never just let you come into the office and stand around waiting for us to notice you and check you in. Not ever! We greet you by name, offer you a beverage or a snack, and show you our comfort menu so you can let us know what you might need or want. That always happens, but your first visit is extra special. This is an important time for us to get to know each other. That starts by getting you settled in and comfortable and showing you around the office. We introduce you to the staff, show you were the restrooms and refreshment station is, and find out what your personal preferences are when it comes to music, aromatherapy, and even reading material.
Once you feel at home, we will take you to the consultation room to learn more about you. We spend as much time as you like, answering your questions, delving into your past dental history, and getting an idea of where you are with your oral health and where you would like to be as far as wellbeing and aesthetics.
After this “get-to-know-you time”, the real fun starts, with our unique and in-depth initial exam. Just like all of our comprehensive exams we examine all parts of your mouth, jaw, head, and neck, checking your oral tissue and gums, look for signs of sleep apnea and TMJ disorder, and examine the health of your teeth using our advanced diagnostic technology including the Carivu & Sopro Intraoral Cameras.
After your exam, we will discuss our findings and clean your teeth. If we discover any trouble spots, or you decide that you want to address any cosmetic concerns, we will work with you to develop a treatment plan that fits your budget and your schedule. We want to get you smiling just the way you always dreamed of smiling, when and how you wish!
